dear self, studying only 1 to 2 topics per day is never gonna be enough as there are much much more topics to read and cover in medicine. you need to triple up the amounts. less resting/sleeping/playing/wasting time and more on studying.

with that said, remember that being consistent is more important. 1 to 2 topics per day is always better than not studying at all.
